Brian Jaeger started Performance Roofing Systems, Inc. out of the basement of his home with $4,000 in cash and the equity in his home, a 17 year-old truck and the help of loyal friends and family.

Brian has 26 years of experience, working as a General Manager in the industry for ten years before establishing PRS.  Michael Bembenek, Project Manager, has 28 years of industry experience, which he brought to PRS in 1991, helping Brian to establish a very successful business.

In 1996 we made two new additions to our estimating/management team - Joseph Scaffido with 37 years of roofing expertise and Bruce Jaeger with 19 years of architectural sheet metal experience.  PRS currently employs 42 people on a full-time basis, with our employees ranging in experience from skilled journeyman to helpers, both in the roofing and sheet metal divisions.  Our office staff consists of an in-house accountant and two part-time secretaries.

PRS is a self-sufficient organization that is centrally located in Richfield, Wisconsin on thirty-two acres, twenty-five of which are kept in their environmentally protected state.  Among the inhabitants in our natural habitat are deer, wild turkey and a family of nesting Canadian geese.  Our office was newly built on an old farmstead in 1997, while our six out-buildings have been fully renovated since the inception of business in 1991.  Included in the various buildings is our own sheet metal fabrication shop, two heated warehouses and a mechanic's garage where we service our fleet of nineteen trucks and three cranes.
