Brian Jaeger - President

After 17 years of roofing experience, knowledge, and dedication to the industry leaders Brian left his General Manager position at SAI and founded Performance Roofing Systems, Inc. in 1991. With over 38 years of commercial and industrial roofing experience Brian oversees all operations at PRS. Brian specializes in the operations, estimation, and mechanics of re-roofing. Some of his most recent projects include Milwaukee Main Post Office, Wacker/Neuson Corporate Office, Colders, Ashley Furniture, and Hamilton High School.

Brian and his wife Tina reside in the area and both enjoy drag racing. Brian also has a life-long passion for stock car racing.

Ken Albrecht - Project Manager

Ken brought his skilled knowledge of commercial roofing to PRS in 2005. Ken has over 35 years of experience, 17 of which have been spent in the estimating and planning division for re-roofing and new construction projects. Ken’s resume includes contracts with Kohls Dept. Stores, Strawberry Creek Golf Club, Jannsen & Co. Accounting, and Kane Commons.

Ken has a constant enjoyment for music and is talented with percussion instruments. Currently he lives in Slinger with his wife Jane, and enjoys spending time at their lake cottage.

Gene Zuba - Commercial Roofing Superintendent

Gene began his career with PRS in 2003 after having spent his first 17 years in the industry at JT Roofing. Gene specializes in the mechanics and organizational field of running day to day operations on jobs. He is also very skilled with the logistics of jobsite setup, management, and tear down. Gene has recently completed work on Normandy Village Apartments, National Recycling, and Cambridge Laboratories Global Headquarters.

Gene is a Milwaukee native and an outdoor enthusiast with a vast enjoyment for hunting and fishing.

Nick Giordano - Architectural Sheet Metal Superintendent

Nick has been with PRS since 2000, and has held a variety of positions in the architectural sheet metal department. Nick is familiar with all sheet metal roofing applications and his expertise lies in the design, organize, and installation fields. With over ten years of experience Nick has worked on and managed a variety of projects such as Schlitz Audubon, McLane Foodservice, Urban Ecology, and Knauz Motors of North Chicago.

Nick and his wife Amber live in Hubertus and enjoy spending time with their two large dogs Bud and Diesel.
